1. Terms & Conditions
Our products are available exclusively in electronic format (immediate download). Due to the nature of these products, they cannot be returned once downloaded. We are committed to providing accurate and complete descriptions to help you make informed purchasing decisions.
2. Refunds
Refunds are only possible in very limited circumstances, such as :
- A major technical problem which rendered the plan unusable, and which could not be corrected after contacting our team.
- If you are invoiced several times for the same order by mistake.
To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase with details of your order and the reason for your request. We will consider each request on a case-by-case basis.
3. Exceptions
We do not offer refunds if :
- You changed your mind after the purchase.
- The product was downloaded successfully and no evidence of a technical problem was found.
